Flexibility Exercise

If you are looking for a low impact exercise program, this is the place to be! This class is designed to promote flexibility, balance, well-being, and to relieve stress.

This helps prevent back pain, sciatica, and stiffness; and at the same time improving circulation. The routine begins promptly at 9:00 am and concludes before 10:00 am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please contact Lorraine Stinchcomb (751-1022) for further information.
